Gas Oil Vacuum Fractionator Starts Up

A PCS-designed grassroots vacuum fractionation unit has started up successfully and exceeded expectations for throughput and diesel recovery. This unit was designed to recover diesel boiling range material from FCC feed. The unit includes an 18’ diameter distillation column and is designed to operate over a relatively wide range of feed compositions and overall throughput.
